Kalamata Coaching (One-to-One Coaching)

This is OliveFab’s Premium VIP Program.  This program is for you if you desire a complete turnaround and will commit to 3 months to get the job done!  Kalamata Coaching is right for you if you want to unravel nutrition confusion, learn how to eat cleanly, learn how to prepare healthy meals quickly, ditch the diet mentality for good, kick that negative internal chatter to the curb, and figure out what may be standing in the way of you achieving your goals. We’re overhaulin’ it here! Do you think you know what to do but you just don’t do it? As your coach, I will be your accountability partner so that you ACT on bringing about change instead of just THINKING about making your healthy transformation. Kalamata Coaching is also an excellent choice if you don’t care for groups or if you have very specific wellness needs or goals that can not be addressed fully in a group setting.  It’s not just about the food on your plate; it’s about everything else that’s on your plate too!  It’s time to make your health and happiness your top priority!
