breakingbadcravings

FREE TeleClass: Breaking Bad Cravings.

First, I will be hosting a Teleclass on Thursday, January 23rd at 9:00pm EST called “Breaking Bad Cravings”.  You definitely want to hop on the call for some real life tips if you feel your cravings are outta control, if you need sugar or caffeine to make it through every day, or if you’re constantly looking for that afternoon snack!  We will deconstruct your cravings and tell you what to do about them!  This will be a live call; all you need is your phone.  No worries if you can’t make the live call, it will be recorded for your convenience but you must register here to get access information and the recording.

Second, have you heard of the Mediterranean Diet?  The Mediterranean Diet was voted the #1 plant-based diet of 2014!  There is no one better to learn from than my friend and colleague, April Williams of Tuttosano.  April is a Certified Health Coach, an engineer, and a lover of all things Italian!

FREE TeleClass: What is the Mediterranean Diet?

April is offering a FREE teleclass about the Mediterranean Diet, based on the literature from Old Ways’ Health through Heritage program on Thursday, January 30th at 9 PM EDT. Join her in the discussion with your comments and ask questions about this healthful lifestyle. Email April for registration details.

Start the new year off right with love, laughter, and learning.  Go for it.  It’s YOU time!
